Year Round Maintenance

GeneScape Landscaping can help keep your Tucson yard looking beautiful and maintained. Let us care for your lawn and landscaping so that you can spend more time enjoying all that your outdoor living space has to offer. This package is the perfect for standard subdivision lots up to .12 acres* and includes everything needed for worry free maintenance.

Includes:

Full service twice a month
Hauling and Debris Disposal

Weed control
Pruning for trees and shrubs

3 pre-emergent treatments
3 deep root fertilization treatments (for citrus only)
1 leaf spray fertilization treatments
Weekly lawn maintenance (available at additional cost)
Requires 1 year contract

Price starting at $360 per year**

Includes 2 visits per month with a 1 year contract, font yard service only.
Full-yard service available starting at $75/month**
Please Note: Initial visit may require extra services to bring yard into maintenance level.

Winter Visitor Package

This package is designed to take care of your home's landscape well you are away during the summer months. This package is the perfect for standard subdivision lots up to .12 acres* and includes everything needed to maintain ground preparation and removal of grass.

Includes:

Summer months service (May - September)
Full service twice a month
1 pre-emergent treatment
1 deep root fertilization treatment
1 leaf spray fertilization treatment

Tree pruning
Weed control

Lawn maintenance
Hauling and Debris Disposal

This package is an affordable way to start your landscape experience. Our Landscape Construction Package will compliment any home and give you the flexibility to choose a variety of plant material and trees. This package is the perfect for standard subdivision lots up to .12 acres* and includes ground preparation and removal of grass.

10 tons gravel / rock
25 1-gallon plants
10 5-gallon plants
3 15-gallon plants
Irrigation System
